The Cat-ployer belongs to the rich criminal underground of Musicograd, and is a prime figure in the monopoly and distribution racket of RADioGel, a drug distilled by raw creativity. His life before evilness is said to have been that of a normal employee, going about his business without any particular quirk.
One thing that always bothered him, however, was the copious amount of stoners looking for inspiration, and thusly getting high, in front of his office window. Being, as all evil people are, an inherently boring and dull person (or cat, or hybrid, or whatever) he decided to stop other people from being creative and cool.
Thus, he invented a method and a machine to suck creativity out of a person. testing it, one night, he was transformed into the Representative, and RADioGel was created.
He proceeded to suck all creativity out of the stoners, rewarding them with boring office jobs. Only a few people are said to have avoided his grasp: Newd, who detonated his creativity inside Cat-ployer's Office, destroying it, and the dynamic duo Panta and Nomon, two invincible roaming stoners.
Nowadays, Cat-ployer in his new identity serves RAD and his nefarious plots.
