Evil Dude is RAD's sidekick, always ready and primed to carry out his master's will with gleeful evilness. He is considered one of the most evil beings to have ever exsisted: even Pete the Puppy-Puncher, the most debased prisoner in the Tower, has expressed concerns when Evil Dude was briefly transferred in his cell.
He is said to be Bro Dude's lost and pernicious cousin, by mother's side. This seems to be confermed by the long-standing feud that divides the two: it began dring the shootings of Mission Barely Possible IV: Even More Barley, when Evil Dude knocked out the actor playing Bro Dude's antagonist, took his place and turned a gray day of shootings into a richochet of explosions and bare-knuckled fights.
Unlike his distant cousin, Evil Dude is more burly than brawny, hiding all the excess calories under carefully large jackets.He is also often seen carrying around a beatbox, blasting third-grade synthwave pop. It has been said that his working relationship with RAD is strained at best, though there's no way of knowing where could this lead.
